Our all-inclusive service program eliminates downtime by automatically sending you a freshly serviced TRUBLUE Auto Belay before your current device is due for annual recertification. No Delay Belay is a convenient monthly subscription that includes a lifetime warranty, all inspection fees and replacement parts, one pre-installed webbing replacement annually, free return shipping and shipping boxes, and no late fees.

Annual Service

Meeting annual service requirements ensures that your TRUBLUE Auto Belays are working at peak performance. Compliance is mandatory to maintain your product warranty, as well as third-party safety certifications like CE and ANSI. Between shipping, inspection, and maintenance, turnaround times for annual service are estimated at 2-4 weeks, though may take longer during busy periods.
