Webbing or Ripcord length all comes down to the size of your climbing wall or adventure structure! In general, tall elements need the XL model (20m webbing for TRUBLUEs), while short-to-mid-size elements need the base model (12.5m webbing for TRUBLUEs). Refer to our selection guides for more details on choosing the right model and webbing length for your structure.

Each connector is designed for your specific goal and facility type.

Our standard carabiner is durable and long-lasting with triple-action auto-locking protection. Ideal for indoor climbing walls, like climbing gyms and rec centers.
TRU-LOCK Aluminum Carabiner

TRU-CLIP Connector
The sequenced clipping system prevents clipping errors and minimizes required staff for oversight of large groups. Perfect for fun climbs, camps, and anywhere that uses rental harnesses.
Adventure Swivel
A versatile solution for unique operations that require custom connectors. Can hold up to 3 carabiners at a time. Recommended for adventure parks.
Open Loop
A full-strength attachment point that’s designed to accommodate approved sequenced connectors. Recommended for fun climbs and family entertainment centers.
Any webbing that appears damaged or shows signs of wear should be replaced immediately. Damage may include but is not limited to excess wear (fluffing), sun bleaching, cuts or knicks, loose stitching or burns. Webbing on all our devices can be replaced during annual service, or by a qualified operator in the field.
The frequency of replacement will vary depending on usage. Please refer to the product manual for complete information. We also have webbing inspection and replacement documents and video that will help you determine when your webbing should be replaced.
If you’re a member of our No Delay Belay service subscription program for TRUBLUE Auto Belays, replacement webbing is included with recertification every year!
If you’re enrolled in our No Delay Belay service subscription for TRUBLUE Auto Belays, one benefit of the program is that your freshly serviced device will arrive with a new webbing installed!
For zip or jump devices, or if you choose to send in your auto belay for annual service, we’ll inspect your webbing for wear and tear during service to see if it needs to be replaced before sending it back to you. If the webbing needs replacing, and you didn’t select to pre-pay for a replacement webbing, there will be an additional charge paid at the time of service.
Pro tip for standard annual service appointments: to speed up the process always select to pre-pay for replacement webbing or allow us to automatically charge your card if it's necessary to replace the webbing due to wear.
