To ensure safe shipment of your Head Rush Technologies device, it should only be shipped in an authorized Head Rush box and packing material. If you have misplaced your original box, you are required to purchase a replacement box for shipping.

The replacement box includes foam inserts to keep your device safe during shipping. Units not shipped in authorized boxes will be assessed for damage upon arrival. Additional fees may occur to repair damage from shipping.
