Dana SchenhofferKey Account Manager
Dana brings a solution oriented sales management approach to the Head Rush team as the Key Account Manager. Thriving on adventure, and a Colorado native, she earned her MS from Colorado State University prior to consistently collaborating with distributors in medical sales to achieve their goals. After earning numerous awards and focusing on education in that market, Dana transitioned to the outdoor industry because of its alignment with her passion for living each moment to its fullest. When not traveling the globe, she can be found rock climbing, rafting, horseback riding, snowboarding, and enjoying backcountry pursuits.
Kendra Thompson-EliasonNational Territory Sales Manager
Kendra is a Colorado native who’s been in sales over 20 years. Selling everything from beer/wine/spirits to operating her own business as a handy woman, she has now joined the Head Rush Tech team bringing her passion of safety and construction to the climbing world as their Territory Sales Manager. When she’s not working hard she is playing hard, climbing, biking, hiking, skiing, anything in the outdoors including gardening
Eric RaschNational Territory Sales Manager
Eric Rasch swapped the swamp lands of Southeast, Texas for the dryer, cooler weather of Colorado back in 2015. Since his time here, he has become an avid trail runner, snowboard enthusiast and is quickly picking up the excitement rock climbing. Always a back packing enthusiast, you can find Eric enjoying the scenic outdoors on most weekends and holidays with his dog, Shiner.
Tedd BrennerAccount Manager
Tedd has been in the outdoor industry for the past eight years and brings over ten years of relationship management to Head Rush. Tedd also has his SPRAT certification and is a certified tower climber and rescuer, as well as an avid rock climber. Tedd recently earned an MBA in Marketing from Regis University. When he’s not playing on rope, Tedd enjoys traveling the world and skiing, hiking, and fly fishing around Colorado with his wife, Meghan and black lab, Rodeo.
Sarah McNicholsAccount Manager
Sarah was born right here in Boulder, CO, and started climbing at the Boulder Rock Club at age 10. Climbing quickly became her passion and she started competing at age 14. Sarah went to the junior worlds for speed climbing in Imst, Austria during her senior year of high school – so she’s good. She then attended the University of Colorado and received a degree in Political Science. While working on her undergrad Sarah played Ultimate Frisbee for the CU Women’s Club team. In her free time, Sarah likes to cycle, run and Olympic lift, but mostly she just likes being active. When taking a rest from all the activity, Sarah’s favorite movie is Apollo 13 (obviously because she’s always wanted to be an astronaut). She also enjoys comic books, especially Captain America and Wonder Woman.
Jenna StadsvoldContent Marketing Coordinator
After driving to the mountains for too many vacations, Jenna decided to move to Colorado and ditch the drive. She developed her love of the outdoors in the forests of Minnesota and is now enjoying the many hiking, camping, climbing, and mountain biking opportunities in her new state. Jenna earned her B.S. in Natural Resources and M.A. in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota. She is excited to apply her love of strategy and storytelling to the content marketing at Head Rush.
Kylen HoganGraphic & Web Designer
Kylen grew up in Connecticut and attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston where she earned her BFA in Graphic Design. A year after graduation she packed up and moved to Colorado to pursue her passion for the outdoors. Outside of work you can find Kylen spending her time hiking, backpacking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, etc.
Marc ReichSenior Product Development Engineer
Since 2012, Marc has worked his dream job as Senior Product Development Engineer. Working for Head Rush has enabled him to combine his passions for pushing the limits of both engineering and all things outdoors to develop new and better products for the climbing, zip lining and adventure recreation industries. He received a MS in Mechanical Engineering from CU Boulder and a BS in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from RPI. In his personal time, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, climbing, skiing and running really really long distances.
Ryan grew up in Northeast Ohio. He has always been infatuated with the outdoors and anything mechanical. He moved to Colorado after finishing his degree in mechanical engineering. He has 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry and 2 years as an industrial equipment engineer. When he’s not wrenching on cars you will find him in the mountains, fishing, hunting, climbing, skiing, or seeking out his next 14er. He’s excited to have found a position at Head Rush where he can apply his skills in an industry he’s passionate about.
Joe CinderellaManufacturing Engineer
Joe came to Head Rush with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Louisville and 5 years in automotive manufacturing. The clock had struck twelve on his time in the east, so he moved to Colorado in search of better work life balance. Joe is having a ball in Colorado and is enjoying climbing, skiing, running, hiking, backpacking, and going after 14ers. It’s a perfect fit.
Carl BaileyProduct Development Engineer
Since he was a kid, Carl has been experimenting with various mechanical and electrical projects that make everyday tasks easier. Throughout school and since earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, his technical background has focused on helping small companies and startups invent concepts to improve their products. Having worked across various industries, his favorite jobs have been the ones where he gets to spend time hanging outside in a harness to test new stuff. Carl has hiked and biked all over the country, but has especially enjoyed mountain biking and multi-pitch climbing since he moved to Colorado in 2015.
Michael StevensonApplications Engineer
Michael Stevenson joined Head Rush in 2013 while finishing his Mechanical Engineering degree at CU Boulder. In 2014, a passion for travel led him to take 7 months and complete a motorcycle trip around the world. He is excited to be at Head Rush where he can blend his technical background, people skills and love for the outdoors.
Tim DavisEngineering Lab Tech for Research & Development
Tim grew up in the flatlands of Illinois, but was drawn to the mountains of Colorado. After getting his B.S. in Geology, he moved to Boulder, and quickly became infatuated with rock climbing. When he’s not making and testing products at HRT, you’ll find Tim: linking up pitches in Eldo, high off the ground on a long alpine route, or thrutching up towers in the desert.
Nick AmicoManufacturing Manager
Nick joined the Head Rush Technologies team in 2011, and he has been working in the area of manufacturing since 2006. Prior to joining Head Rush, Nick worked building and installing strain gauges, thermocouples and semiconductors. He has also worked on jobs for NASA, General Electric and the US Army.
Elisabeth NiccoreSupply Chain Manager
Elisabeth Niccore joined the Head Rush Tech team as Supply Chain Manager in 2013. Her experience includes a BA in Communication from Florida Atlantic University, five years as a buyer in the ski and snowboard industry, and Certification in Supply Management. Elisabeth’s professional specialties include sourcing, logistics and savings strategies. She also brings a passion for adventure, challenge and love of the outdoors. Outside of the office, a day filled snowboarding with friends, scuba diving with husband Brent or just sunning with their dog Ollie at Boulder Reservoir is the perfect way to spend free time.
Lee RoachE-commerce & Systems Project Coordinator
Lee grew up in Delaware and headed west in 2008. She lived in central New Mexico before moving to Buena Vista, and finally settled in Boulder with her husband and their two dogs in 2013. Lee holds a BA from the University of Delaware and prior to joining Head Rush, she worked as a corporate manager. She realized there had to be a better work-life balance and returned to bartending and managing a restaurant before coming to Boulder and finding a happy home with the amazing team at Head Rush. Lee likes to spend active time outdoors in all seasons, as well as working in the garden and around their home in the mountains outside of Boulder.
Steve BrooksIT Systems Manager
Steve moved to Colorado after earning his B.A. in the UK and traveling extensively throughout Asia. He has over fifteen years of experience managing operations for small businesses in Boulder, including martial arts and skiing companies. He loves living and working in Boulder and enjoys hiking and camping in his free time.
Kraig CorbinCustomer Service Manager
Originally from Oklahoma, Kraig moved to Colorado 19 years ago and never looked back. In the winter months he’s an avid skier that likes to mix in the occasional late season camping trip. Kraig brings 15 plus years of customer service experience as well as a wealth of knowledge in the B2B world. He’s been the key contact for companies such as Amazon, Sports Authority and Dicks as well many small “mom and pop” stores. Kraig also loves to travel and lists Alaska, New Zealand and the Philippines as some of his many stops along the way.
Ely FinucaneCustomer Service Representative
Ely is a product of the dairy state, but has been traveling west to mountains for hiking, skiing and climbing for as long as he can remember. Followed by earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, Ely settled right on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains in the spring of 2015. When Ely is not providing care for our Head Rush customers he can be found running around local trails, skiing or snowboarding in some fresh powder, or more than likely, pushing his physical limits in rock climbing. Whether it is high in the mountains or at the local climbing crag, he is always excited for the next adventure.
Jen joins Head Rush with 20+ years of accounting experience. She has her Bachelor’s in Accounting and also an MBA. Jen has worked in several fields when it comes to accounting, from large corporations to small mom and pop shops. She has three wonderful children ranging from 5 to 18 years old. She also has two adorable Pomeranians named Wicked and Waffles.
